First poem in English

I used to write poems in Ukrainian and Russian. But since i had come to the U.S.A i  didn't  write any poem. But a couple days ago i wrote my first poem in English, although its very short and simple, i am happy with my work. 

Attention! First poem in English dedicated to my first Thanksgiving Day. 

Today i woke and saw daylight.

Here, now another chance for us.

Ambitious, strong and brave, i promise

Not to lose my way .

Keep going and accomplish aims,

Forget offences and betrayals

Unusual, special- each of us

Love, peace and kindness save this life!
